The last one to be connected needed additional Cat6 cable, but since it was run from the basement under our patio and into the house, we had no desire to try to run a longer cable. So, we used the coupler to add an additional Cat6 cable to connect our FiOS service to the Roku unit. Worked like a charm!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Clay from Good selection of products. It is hard to find couplers for Cat5 cables. CablesToGo has these and a good selection of ethernet cables in various colors and lengths. My only question is why they do not make couplers for Cat6 cables?
