The HDMI and USB Pass-Through Wall Plate is perfect for the transition to in-wall cabling. The HDMI pass-through port includes a thin, flexible HDMI pigtail that accommodates the tight bend radius required for installations within a standard junction box. The USB pass-through provides support for passive extensions of up to five meters of total cable length, but may be used with an active USB extension solution for longer distance connections. Constructed of aircraft grade aluminum, this wall plate is designed for durability and a long life.

41045 is the HDMI Pass Through Wall Plate in Black. We do not have the decora style cover plate for that though.

You would use a Decora Style Wall Plate Cover, to finish this plate.

Will this Pass Through support 4k content? (Presuming other cables are also 4k compliant and the combined length is okay)
Yes this will pass 4k Content as long as everything complies with 4k resolutions.

This will support USB 2.0 But will limit a length limitation because of the coupler.
